Inspired by Persuasion and the steadfast hearts of Anne Elliot and Captain Wentworth, this soap celebrates enduring love and second chances. Earthy patchouli and bright may chang, lifted by camphor-fresh eucalyptus, evoke windswept shores, salty ocean breezes, and the promise of renewed hope. A soap for those who believe love is worth the wait.

All our soap products are handmade in small batches, using a traditional cold process method. Use at the basin, bath, or shower. 

Avocado oil — deeply moisturising, rich in vitamins A, D, and E.

Eucalyptus essential oil — refreshing and gently purifying, with a clean, bright aroma.

May Chang essential oil — bright and citrusy, with a naturally uplifting scent. Traditionally used for its clarifying and purifying properties.

To keep your soap at its best before use, store it in a cool, dry spot with good air circulation, away from sunlight and humidity. Historically, soaps were often tucked into linen closets to gently scent fabrics.

To make your soap last longer, keep it dry between uses by placing it on a well-draining soap dish. For high-traffic areas, like a hand basin, consider halving the bar with a knife and using one piece at a time.

Each bar of soap weighs a minimum of 125 grams and measures approximately 8cm (l) x 6.5cm (w) x 2.5 cm(d). As a handmade soap, you may find each bar varies a little in shape and colour.
