Delivery
We aim to dispatch all our orders within 2 working days from the UK via Royal Mail.
You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to let you know that your order has been dispatched.

We’ll take all orders to the Post Office the very next day. 🎁
Orders after these dates may still arrive, but we can’t promise.
General UK Delivery
Tracked 48 (2-4 working days from dispatch) £3.99
Tracked 24 (1-3 working days from dispatch) £4.99
Bank Holiday weekends will impact delivery times.
Please note, deliveries to Northern Ireland, highland and islands or rural postcodes, may take longer than 2 working days.
If any issues arise during shipment, please let us know as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed we cannot change or alter the delivery address so please double check everything is correct before completing your purchase.
International deliveries are on hold at the moment
Returns - We want you to be delighted with your Soap Poetry products. If for any reason you’re not, you can return them to us within 14 days for a full refund. We do ask that the products are unused and returned in their original packaging, in a saleable condition. Please be aware that we cannot offer a refund or replacement on items returned in a non-saleable condition.
Simply let us know you’d like to make a return, and we’ll provide you with a return number and our return address.
If you’re returning your entire order, we’ll also refund the original delivery charge. Please note, however, that we’re unable to cover the cost of sending items back to us.
Once we’ve received your return, your refund will processed, which may take up to 7 days to appear.
Missed or Returned Deliveries - If a parcel is returned to us because it was uncollected, undeliverable, or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we can offer a refund for the cost of the products only. Delivery charges and any return postage fees will not be refunded.
We can resend the parcel upon request, but additional delivery charges will apply. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, or that you can collect it promptly from your local Royal Mail depot.
Changed your mind after placing an order? - You’re legally entitled to cancel your order before it’s dispatched. As we often dispatch orders the same day they’re placed, there’s only a small window of time to do this.
If your order has already been dispatched, you can still return it within 14 days for a full refund.
