Returns & Refunds Policy – Soap Poetry

1. Not Happy with Your Products?
If you’re not 100% delighted with your Soap Poetry products, you can return them within 14 days for a full refund. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We cannot offer refunds for products that have been opened.

2. How to Return
To start a return, email us at [info@soappoetry.co.uk] with your order details. We will provide a return number and a return address.

3. Refunds

  • If you return a complete order, we will refund the purchase cost and the original delivery charge.

  • Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked postal service with proof of delivery.

  • Once we receive your returned products, we aim to process your refund within 7 working days.

4. Changing Your Mind

  • You can cancel an order before it’s dispatched. Our typical dispatch time is same day or next day, so please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, you can return it under the 14-day returns policy described above.

  • Please ensure you select all items you need when ordering, as we cannot combine orders after checkout.
